Description: Recipe by Laurence Hauben and made in-house. Flaky puff pastry wrapped around a tender fillet of salmon accompanied by garlicky spinach and sun dried tomatoes.

Ingredients: CA King Salmon, puff pastry, sun dried tomato, spinach, crème fraîche, butter, basil, garlic, olive oil, black pepper and salt.

Size: 1 Wellington 

Instructions: Bake from frozen. Preheat oven to 425 degrees farenheit. Place Wellington on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes until crust is puffed and lightly golden.
