First check your spam folder and also make sure that info at gethookedSeafood.com is in your address book. 

YOU GET NOTIFICATIONS EVEN THOUGH YOU PUT YOUR ACCOUNT ON HOLD

See our video on how to manage your account to learn how to put your account on hold. You should have an email receipt that the hold request was made. If something went wrong with putting your account on hold, and you’ve received a delivery notification, please call us at 805-209-2019 or email us right away to sort it out. 

THE SPECIES LISTED ON THE DELIVERY NOTIFICATION IS NOT WHAT YOU WANT TO GET

If you logged onto our shop and used our Choose Your Main Share feature, the species listed should match what you selected online. And you should have an email receipt from the shop.  Please get in touch if there’s a discrepancy and we will rectify it. If instead we selected a seafood type for you, the species should align with your seafood preferences which you select when you sign up. You can check on your preferences and change them through your online account. Email us if what we sent doesn’t match your preferences on file.
