Live Grassy Bar Oysters: 25/order; 3 - 4 inches, larger than cocktail sized. Grassy Bar is an oyster bed on in Morro Bay owned and operated by the Trevelyan family since 2009. "A Grassy Bar Oyster hits the palate with a strong, briny flavor of salt and the ocean followed by the unmistakable freshness of garden cucumber and a lingering wet-river-stone minerality. We think they are best enjoyed with just a squeeze of lemon."
Fresh Rockfish: A remarkably versatile fish to cook with, sustainably caught fresh rockfish is great as ceviche; grilled and seasoned for fish tacos; or baked as part of a lemon and herb recipe.
Freshly Smoked Black Cod: $19.80. We will smoke your Black Cod for you (30 oz fillet will yield approx. 27 oz)! Black Cod freshly smoked in house. Simply seasoned with a salt and brown sugar brine, then hot smoked with applewood for a distinct sweet-smoky flavor. Ingredients: Black Cod (previously frozen), water, kosher salt, brown sugar.
Lemon Caper Halibut (frozen): $33.50. Created by Chef Brian at Crudo e Nudo in LA, this recipe combines halibut fillets in a lemon caper sauce with fresh thyme and thinly sliced leeks. Ingredients: halibut (frozen), olive oil, white wine, capers, butter, leeks, fresh thyme and lemon.
Oregon Bay Pink Shrimp (frozen): Wild Oregon Bay Pink Shrimp are sustainably harvested, fully cooked, and flash-frozen without chemicals. They are sweet and soft, and thaw very quickly.
Pick for me: You’ll get the fresh catch of the day (TBD). In the case of bad weather, we'll send a frozen item. Find out what it is in the email newsletter a day prior to delivery. We use your preference list to ensure we don’t send a species you've opted out of.
