Fresh Petrale Sole Fillet: Petrale Sole is mild, nutty, and slightly sweet. This fish lays flat on the ocean floor; so it's fillets are naturally quite thin. This means that it is quick to cook, and can be prepared in unique ways, from being rolled and baked, or even stuffed, rolled, and baked.
Fresh Rockfish Fillet: A remarkably versatile fish to cook with, sustainably caught fresh Rockfish is great as ceviche; grilled and seasoned for fish tacos; or baked as part of a lemon and herb recipe.
Salmon Wellington (frozen): $57.75 for 4. Recipe by Laurence Hauben and made in-house. Flaky puff pastry wrapped around a tender fillet of salmon accompanied by garlicky spinach and sun dried tomatoes. Ingredients: Wild Alaskan Sockeye Salmon. Puff Pastry (Enriched Wheat Flour ([Wheat Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid], Malted Barley Flour, Ascorbic Acid as a Dough Conditioner), Butter (Pasteurized Cream [Milk], Natural Flavorings), Water, Enzymes, Salt.), sun dried tomatoes (naturally dried tomatoes, glucose, citric acid, sulfur, salt) spinach, basil, creme fraîche (pasteurized cultured cream), garlic, olive oil, and salt.
Lemon Caper Halibut (frozen): $26.80. Created by Chef Brian at Crudo e Nudo in LA, this recipe combines halibut fillets in a lemon caper sauce with fresh thyme and thinly sliced leeks. Ingredients: halibut (frozen), olive oil, white wine, capers, butter, leeks, fresh thyme and lemon.
Ginger Lime Albacore Tuna Burgers: 4 patties. Our famous house-made burgers - we've got your easy dinners covered! Locally caught albacore tuna lightly seasoned with ginger, green onion, and lime. Ingredients: local albacore tuna, mayo, minced green onions, minced ginger, sesame oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, ginger powder, coriander, lime juice, lime zest, sesame seeds
Ocean Whitefish Fillet (frozen): a healthy choice (low in fat, high in vitamin B6 and Omega-3's) and easy to work with in the kitchen (poached, grilled, or baked), Fresh Ocean Whitefish makes for a great and easy meal.
